Frontend Engineer (React/Next.js, Tailwind, shadcn)

Own the event networking experience end-to-end—from elegant UI systems to fast, accessible flows that make LAVI AI feel magical.

• Ship delightful UI for attendee matchmaking, lead capture, and organizer dashboards.
• Establish design systems in shadcn/ui + Tailwind that scale across web properties.
• Obsess over performance, accessibility, and mobile-first interactions.

• Build React/Next.js features with server components, app router, and API routes.
• Create polished components and motion systems (Framer Motion, CSS transitions).
• Partner with Product Design to turn prototypes into smooth, production UX.
• Instrument analytics, A/B tests, and conversion metrics across funnels.
• Collaborate with backend/ML to integrate LAVI recommendations and events data.
• Own code quality: testing, storybook examples, accessibility, and docs.

• 3+ years building production React apps (Next.js preferred).
• Deep fluency with Tailwind + component libraries (shadcn or similar).
• Strong eye for interaction design, states, and micro-animations.
• Experience with performance tuning (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals).
• Comfort with TypeScript, REST/GraphQL, and CI workflows.

• Design system experience (tokens, theming, accessibility standards).
• Experience with payments, growth experiments, or event tech.
• Motion/3D/visualization chops are a plus.

• Feature adoption and conversion lift across key journeys.
• Performance scores and accessibility audits consistently excellent.
• Component reuse, speed of shipping, and quality of craft.
